When exhibitors register for your event, you decide who gets in. This guide covers the approval workflow and ongoing management.

Approval workflow

When an exhibitor submits their registration:

  1. You receive a notification
  2. The booking appears in Pending
  3. Review their details and selected package
  4. Click Approve or Decline
  5. The exhibitor receives an automatic email

πŸ’‘ Pro-Tipp: Enable auto-approval if you want to skip the manual review. You can always revoke access later.

After approval

Approved exhibitors can: access their dashboard, complete their profile, add team members, publish jobs, and download their invoice.

Managing exhibitor status

  • Pending β€” awaiting your review
  • Approved β€” confirmed for the event
  • Declined β€” not accepted
  • Cancelled β€” exhibitor withdrew

FAQ

Can I undo a decline?
Yes β€” go to the exhibitor's page and change their status back to Approved.

What if an exhibitor needs a different package?
Change their package from the exhibitor's detail page. An updated invoice is generated automatically.
