See how much your event is earning — and configure how you get paid.
Revenue overview
From your event dashboard, you'll see:
- Total revenue — from paid tickets and exhibitor packages
- Outstanding — invoices not yet paid
- Collected — payments received
- Refunds — if any
Payment methods
FairUp supports:
- Stripe — credit card payments (instant)
- Bank transfer — exhibitor pays manually, you mark as paid
💡 Pro-Tipp: Enable Stripe for faster payment collection. Bank transfers take 1-3 business days to clear.
Configuring payments
- Go to Organization Settings → Payments
- Connect your Stripe account
- Set your bank account details
- Configure payment terms (due date, late fees)

When do I receive payouts?
Stripe payouts arrive in 2-3 business days. Bank transfers depend on the exhibitor's bank.
