What you can customize

Setting up the form

1. Go to your event → Exhibitors → Registration Form
2. Add your custom fields (text, dropdown, file upload, etc.)
3. Configure package display and pricing
4. Set approval mode
5. Preview the form from an exhibitor's perspective

💡 Pro-Tipp: Keep the form short. Company name, contact person, and package selection are enough to start. Add more fields only if you need them for invoicing or booth assignment.

FAQ

Can I change the form after exhibitors have registered?
Yes — but changes only apply to new registrations. Existing data stays as-is.

Can I make fields mandatory?
Yes — toggle "Required" on any field. Exhibitors can't submit without filling in required fields.
