Candidate Pool

The Candidate Pool lets attendees opt in to be discovered by exhibitors. Instead of traditional applications, it's a talent marketplace at your event.

How it works

Attendees: Upload resume → Add skills & interests → Mark themselves as "looking" → Get discovered by exhibitors

Exhibitors: Browse pool → Filter by skills → See match scores → Contact candidates directly

Enabling the Candidate Pool

  1. Go to Event Settings → Features
  2. Enable Candidate Pool
  3. Configure required fields and visibility

💡 Pro-Tipp: Mention the Candidate Pool in your event communications. Attendees who upload their profile get 5× more connections at the event.

Privacy & consent

  • Attendees must opt in — never automatic
  • They can make their profile public or private
  • They can withdraw from the pool at any time
  • All interactions are tracked and auditable

Is the Candidate Pool included in all plans?
Yes — it's available on all plans, including the free Community plan.

Can exhibitors contact candidates before the event?
That depends on your event settings. You can restrict contact to event day only.
