FairUp keeps you informed about what's happening at your events. Choose which notifications matter to you.

Notification types

  • New registration — when someone signs up
  • New exhibitor registration — when a company applies
  • Payment received — when an invoice is paid
  • Check-in updates — real-time on event day
  • Exhibitor profile completed — when an exhibitor finishes their profile

Configuring notifications

  1. Click your avatar (top right)
  2. Go to Notification Settings
  3. Toggle each notification on/off
  4. Choose delivery: email, in-app, or both

💡 Pro-Tipp: Keep "New registration" and "Payment received" on for the organizer, but turn off "New registration" for team members who don't need real-time updates.

Can I get push notifications?
In-app notifications appear when you're logged in. Email notifications work for everything.

How do I stop notification emails?
Uncheck the email option in your notification settings for any notification type.
