Stand Bookings & Packages

Packages define what exhibitors get at your event — from a basic booth to a premium sponsorship. Set them up once, and exhibitors choose during registration.

Why use packages?

  • Clear pricing — exhibitors see exactly what they're paying for
  • Upselling — offer Premium or Sponsor tiers
  • Capacity management — limit how many of each package are available

Creating a package

  1. Go to your event → ExhibitorsPackages
  2. Click Add Package
  3. Fill in: name, price, description, included benefits
  4. Set max availability (optional)
  5. Save

💡 Pro-Tipp: Offer 3 packages: Standard, Premium, and Sponsor. It's the sweet spot — enough choice without overwhelming exhibitors.

FAQ

Can I change package prices after some exhibitors registered?
Existing bookings keep the original price. Price changes only affect new registrations.

What if a package is sold out?
Set a max availability per package. When sold out, it shows as unavailable and exhibitors can join the waitlist.
