Managing Exhibitor Bookings
Once exhibitors register, you manage their bookings from the organizer dashboard — from approval to booth assignment to payment tracking.
Booking lifecycle
- Submitted — exhibitor completed registration, awaiting your review
- Approved — you accepted the booking
- Paid — invoice settled (if applicable)
- Active — exhibitor is confirmed for the event
💡 Pro-Tipp: Enable auto-approval if you want to skip the manual review step. You can always remove exhibitors later.
Approving or declining bookings
- Go to Exhibitors
- Review pending bookings
- Click Approve or Decline
- The exhibitor receives an automatic email
Managing booth assignments
For in-person events with a floor plan: assign booth numbers after approval. Exhibitors see their booth in their dashboard.

Yes — upgrade/downgrade packages, change booth assignments, or cancel. Invoice adjustments happen automatically.
