Managing Exhibitor Bookings

Once exhibitors register, you manage their bookings from the organizer dashboard — from approval to booth assignment to payment tracking.

Booking lifecycle

  1. Submitted — exhibitor completed registration, awaiting your review
  2. Approved — you accepted the booking
  3. Paid — invoice settled (if applicable)
  4. Active — exhibitor is confirmed for the event

💡 Pro-Tipp: Enable auto-approval if you want to skip the manual review step. You can always remove exhibitors later.

Approving or declining bookings

  1. Go to Exhibitors
  2. Review pending bookings
  3. Click Approve or Decline
  4. The exhibitor receives an automatic email

Managing booth assignments

For in-person events with a floor plan: assign booth numbers after approval. Exhibitors see their booth in their dashboard.

Can I change a booking after approval?
Yes — upgrade/downgrade packages, change booth assignments, or cancel. Invoice adjustments happen automatically.
