FairUp is developing AI-powered matching to connect the right candidates with the right opportunities.

How smart matching will work

When fully released, smart matching will:

1. Analyze job requirements — extract key skills, experience level, location preferences from job postings
2. Analyze candidate profiles — parse resumes, skills, and preferences from the Candidate Pool
3. Calculate match scores — score each job-candidate pair based on compatibility
4. Recommend connections — suggest relevant candidates to exhibitors and relevant jobs to attendees

Current capabilities

While the full AI matching feature is in development, you can already:

• Browse the Job Board — attendees search and filter jobs manually
• Filter candidates — exhibitors filter by skills, experience, education
• Bookmark jobs — attendees save jobs they're interested in
• Express interest — attendees indicate interest in specific roles
