Managing Your Guest List

Keep track of all your attendees in one place. The guest list is your central hub for registration management.

Accessing the guest list

  1. Go to your event's dashboard
  2. Click Attendees (or Guests)

You'll see a searchable, filterable list of all registrations.

Guest list features

Search and filter

  • Search by name, email, or company
  • Filter by ticket type
  • Filter by registration date
  • Filter by check-in status

Guest actions

For each guest, you can:

  • View details — see all registration information
  • Check in manually — mark as attended (without QR scan)
  • Cancel registration — remove and refund if applicable
  • Resend confirmation — send the confirmation email again
  • Update information — edit name, email, or custom field answers

Bulk actions

Select multiple guests to send a message, export as CSV, mark all as checked in, or update ticket type.

Exporting your guest list

Click Export to download your guest list as CSV including name, email, phone, ticket type, registration date, custom question responses, and check-in status.

Guest statistics

The top of the guest list shows total registrations, check-ins vs. no-shows, breakdown by ticket type, and registration trend over time.
