Host Organizations
Every event belongs to a Host Organization. Learn how to create and manage yours — and why it matters.
Host Organizations
Every event on FairUp belongs to a Host Organization — this is you, the event organizer. It appears on your event pages and groups all your events together.
Why do I need a Host Organization?
- Your events have a home — all events are grouped under one organization
- Branding — your logo and name appear on every event page
- Team management — invite team members at the organization level
- Settings — billing, invoicing, and integrations are managed here
Creating a Host Organization
- Go to Host Organizations in the navigation bar
- Click Create Organization
- Fill in: name, logo, description, contact info
- Save
💡 Pro-Tipp: Upload a high-quality logo (300×160px minimum). It appears on every event page and in attendee communications.
Multiple organizations
If you organize events for different entities (e.g., different departments, companies, or brands), create a separate Host Organization for each. When creating a new event, simply select the right organization from the dropdown.
Editing your organization
From the Host Organizations page: edit name, logo, description, contact info, and manage team members.
FAQ
