For in-person events, FairUp lets you print name badges for attendees and exhibitors β€” right from the platform.

Setting up badges

  1. Go to your event β†’ Settings β†’ Badges
  2. Choose a badge template (or create custom)
  3. Select which fields appear: name, company, ticket type
  4. Save

Printing badges

After check-in, the attendee's badge is ready to print. Use a label printer (Dymo, Brother) or standard printer with badge sheets.

Badge templates

Choose from: Standard (name + company), VIP (name + company + VIP tag), Exhibitor (company + booth number), or create a custom template.

What printers are supported?
Any printer that works with your computer. For on-demand printing, label printers like Dymo LabelWriter work best.

Can I pre-print badges?
Yes β€” export the attendee list and print before the event. But on-demand printing at check-in is more efficient.
